"We thought we had booked a water-view room, but found out otherwise! However, Bethany was fantastic there and gave us the upgrade of a water-view for no extra charge. We also wanted more blankets, and she brought them to our room for us--with so much kindness and a joyful demeanor. The room was fantastic! The view was fantastic, and we hope to go back! "

I signed up for the "pay at the property option" but they charged my card on file 48nhrs before my check in. When I called they said it was their new policy. Again, false advertising.
