I signed up for the "pay at the property option" but they charged my card on file 48nhrs before my check in. When I called they said it was their new policy. Again, false advertising. The gentleman on the ohone and at check in was very kind and welcoming. The person at check out was disengaged and barely said 1...

"Good location, if you’re needing the ferry service… but if you have trouble with stairs, could be challenging to take the shortest route walking to the downtown area. Room was dated, which the lower price reflected, but liked that it had a very comfortable bed, fridge and microwave! Compared to other hotels in the area, this was a great price for what you would want/need for a comfortable stay."
