Vashon Island on the left, Blake Island on the right. Blake is a state park, accessible only by boat. Small marina, mooring balls and a private commercial ferry provide access. Hiking trails, camp sites, and very friendly deer.

We day-tripped over to Blake Island en route to Bainbridge in a powerboat. I intend to go back with my tent. Great views of Mt Rainier from beachfront campsites on clear days. Very cool group cook-out huts that appeared reservable. Decent play structure entertained the kids.

This place is no longer open. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone after arriving and finding it closed. Ruined our whole night downtime and went in circles with Expedia customer support for hours.
