"It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too."

"Front desk was super helpful and had great attitude. She showed us tables in the back of the lobby that me and my group were able to sit together and eat dinner once we arrived and settled in. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We loved the little kitchenette and counter island. It did take some time for the cribs for our little ones to get to our room. A littler sooner would’ve been a help instead of waiting till 1230am for the cribs to come. (We checked in at around 930). But that was fine...

"The room is ok with two queen beds. Equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. Very frustrated after leaving and found two extra charges pending on my credit card. One is $80 and another is $30. Don’t know what those charges are without telling me in advance. Over night parking fee was charged $22 plus tax. They are friendly to pets. Otherwise it is convenient to access university campus which is just 10 minute walking distance."

"Great breakfast and fresh coffee. Air conditioning was great and not noisy. We did have a problem with 2 large barking dogs in the room next door when the owner left them alone. Size of dogs and amount should be considered. "

"Bathroom had zero privacy. I suggested they replace the sliding barn doors with something that closes completely and locks. Also, a fan in the bathroom would be nice."
