"There’s very poor communication from the hotel. The hotel didn’t specify that there are specific timings for the shuttle. After I booked my train tickets and tried to arrange the shuttle pickup, then the hotel told me I had to be at the station at certain time. I had to change my train booking. "The hotel is dated; however, the outdoor onsen is a great experience. Mr. Y. Onimaru at the Front Desk was very friendly and provided excellence customer services during our stay. The breakfast is a combination of Japanese and western style. It is very yummy. Our original booking was a traditional Japanese room but found out there is no shower/bathing area inside the room which was unexpected.
