"New hotel and is a Hyatt hotel brand. Price is expensive for the room. Bar and pool are too small for all customers that stay in the hotel assuming it's fully booked. Breakfast buffet options are okay but could have been better if more staff are assisting at the bar instead of only one staff during buffet hours. Housekeeping should also ensure blankets are clean and not broken or damaged because loose feathers are everywhere on the beds coming from the blankets. Kids got scared and felt itchy...

"The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. "The rooms were clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. pool was really nice but a touch small. it would feel tight very quick but it was great this week. Breakfast was nice as well. "

"After many years of travelling, we stayed at our first bed & breakfast at No.5 East. Beautiful old mansion with beautiful rooms to stay in. Nice area with restaurants and shopping around the corner. Continental breakfast was great and the Latte’s exceptional. The hosts were amazing and easy to talk to. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Winnipeg. 5 stars from us"

"Stayed in a newly renovated room. Was quite comfortable, but did hear the adjoining room a fair bit - noise came right through the doors. Otherwise the bed was comfy and the new bathroom was lovely. Best of all was the restaurant. Amazing breakfast! I mean they have a mimosa flight!! "

"Everything functioned smoothly throughout my stay. The front office staff were efficient, courteous, and professionally accommodating. Compared to another hotel I had initially booked, the difference was refreshing. Quality Inn provided a much-needed sense of relief and a far more pleasant experience. Glad to have made that switch.
