"This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and will likely return to when we come back to SF! The hotel is very well run, clean, and stylish. The folks who work here are absolutely incredible as well. (Shout out to Youness, Andy, Shane, Steve, and Art!) They checked on us via text numerous times and helped us as needed without hesitation. "Came later than planned and the front desk staff checked me in to a corner room after noticing there were double bookings somehow! What a nice upgrade and appreciated her doing that. I had to call Expedia and have them verify to cancel the other reservation. I lost my key a few times or left in the room and the front office staff were friendly. The bathroom was large and the Toto toilets were great. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar, but easily walked safely as a single woman traveler all around...

"The room and the bathroom were both super clean - the staff was friendly and the quirky amenities were super cool! The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere, which was amazing! The only thing I’d point out is the smell, which could be due to the age of the hotel - and although the shower and toilet had good water pressure, the sink did not. But overall it was a great experience and will for sure be staying here again during our next trip. "
