"The staff is warm and welcoming. I wish the main restaurant continued offering "American" cuisine dinner choices in addition to the new menu. Although I love Indian food I can no longer digest it. I did enjoy the breakfast menu there."

Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen die Lautstärke, die man im Zimmer von der Straße wahrgenommen hat, obwohl wir im fünften Stock waren."

"Charming hotel, great location. Friendly and attentive staff. I had left one of my luggage pieces behind, Wally at the front desk quickly located it and mailed it to me the next day. Nice bar and a great lounge with great views. Comfortable beds. The bathrooms are a bit small, and the sliding door doesn’t fully close. Overall we had a great experience!"

"This quaint vintage hotel is in a great location and well maintained. The staff were courteous. One thing you should know if you stay here is that there is not a refrigerator in the room. There is a microwave in the common area, as well as coffee service in the morning. The coffee maker in the room works well, too."

"The rooms and service and restaurants are outstanding- Quimby (Q), Leo the concierge, Ari the bellman, the entire valet team and staff were beyond welcoming. A minor note that the pool/steam are not available to hotel guests without booking a spa service. It is a wonderful property and we will be back!"

"Clean room with good bathroom. Beds were very soft at first but housekeeping put something under the mattress so my husband and I would not have backaches the entire trip. We stayed here with kids which I don't think I'd do again. It's not a great neighborhood for kids but the staff at the hotel was wonderful with our kids. This hotel is more suited for the business traveler than families."
