"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"The hotel was close to the airport, and the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."

"This hotel was easy to get to by bus from the train station. Bus 510 drops you off right by hotel and also picks up every 30 minutes to head back to airport. There is a grocery store 5 minutes walking distance to pick up anything you need. Our room was clean and perfect for a one night stay over before heading back to the U.S. We were a family of 4 and quite satisfied. "

"The hotel was not as clean as I expected for a hotel in Switzerland. The shower especially, had signs of mold from less-than-careful cleaning. There was a very large group of non-Swiss tourists that arrived late in the evening, who were extremely noisy (yelling, slamming doors) until almost midnight, at which point I asked them to be considerate of other guests trying to sleep. "Well appointed spacious room. Large full length closets, Comfortable beds. Outside of the city center, however easy to take the tram into town. Purchased an all day pass from the hotel."

"Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter when we visited Zurich. The location was close to a tram stop and the metro so getting to downtown Zurich was easy (once you got the connections figured out). They were also only a 20ish minutes tram ride from the airport. We also really enjoyed that they were city near the city and the country. They had bicycles that we borrowed for a couple of hours (complimentary!) and rode to a nearby town. Bike paths were amazing and we got to see a different side...

"Wifi is horrible, not consistent and would constantly drop. Location is great, close to tram and close to airport. There are supermarkets nearby. Free breakfast was good with enough selections."

Although check in was at 15:00 staff kindly allowed us to use spa area to shower/freshen up before we headed out for the day as we arrived at the hotel 11:00am. Very close to train station, LIdl and Migros close by too. Felt like a safe and clean area. Would definitely recommend staying here."
