"We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places we found in Tokyo — perfect for our family of three. The beds were very comfortable, and the cleaning schedule (every 3rd or 4th day) worked well for us. The bathroom shower had a bit of a distinct smell, but it didn’t bother us much. There is a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Ueno Station, Ameyoko shopping street, Senso-ji Temple, and Ueno Park....

"The hotel is in a great location, directly across the road from a popular dining and shopping district and a couple of minute walk from Ueno station. Ueno park is lovely during Sakura season and also very close by. Cheaper than Shinjuku and Shibuya (about 35 minutes away by train) but still vibrant and lively.
