"Rooms very clean & fresh; the Cleaners should be highly recommended; however, some of the general staff both in reception & restaurant needed a bit of training especially in customer service. I should say though George from the restaurant was very helpful. Directions to the pool & facilities were a bit hard to manoeuvre. "

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious in the restaurant and breakfast was also fabulous."

"The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind."

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.There was some noise/ music from wedding being held on the same floor and could hear it over the tv, there was a good choice for breakfast but it was not very warm. Hotel is in a good place to walk to Salford quays for food and shops"

"Great hotel, clean, great service and great breakfast. On the quieter side of town, 5/10 minute walk into Deansgate, Station and multiple bus routes from hotel. Hotel has an Italian restaurant and food was good. There are local bars and restarts I. The near vicinity. Would recommend "

"This was my third time at the property, first in 2022 some parts clearly hadn’t been cleaned since then. During the first night I needed to change rooms at 3am as there was some constant noise I couldn’t sleep through (I’m assuming it was the pipes?) I didn’t really sleep at all that night so had to argue to get a refund. The place is a good location but isn’t clean and is run down. It’s a shame as the staff are generally helpful and the breakfast is fantastic (especially for a budget place)....
