"I have no hesitation in recommending this as an excellent hotel. The micro queen room was much larger than I was expecting. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and a wonderful location. The staff were outstandingly friendly and unhesitatingly helpful. The buffet breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but when it is included as standard I find it hard to be too critical of free food. My new go-to hotel for central Sydney."

"Good location and service. The room service menu is a bit underwhelming and not available 24 hours. The in-room sensor positioned above the bed, lights flashing every time you moved, felt a bit creepy and off-putting. "

"Great location to Darling Harbour, Chinatown and Paddys Market.. 2 minute walk. Heaps of restaurants in those areas. Light rail is at Chinatown. 300 metre walk. The breakfast buffet is high quality and I recommend it to start your day. Great stay and would stay again"

"The location is near the Central Station and the L2/L3 station. It's also near Asian restaurants, and because of that, the area is a little untidy. The hotel is a little old, and feels like a 4-star hotel at most, rather than 5-star. The guest service is actually non-existent. As an example, the iron was missing from our suite, but after calling the guest service and asking the front desk in person, it was promised to be sent to our suite but we didn't get it. "The room was clean and housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and provided all necessary services. Parking wasn’t available during our stay because the car stacker was out of order. Overall, it’s a good hotel that met our expectations."
