Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected more for a boutique 4-star hotel.
Breakfast was included, but honestly, it could be much better. The coffee tasted very weak, almost like water. Sometimes the fruit was sliced extremely thin, to the point it was almost transparent. When I mentioned this to the staff, nothing was changed and my plate was not replaced. On one occasion, there was also a chipped plate, and when I pointed it out to the waiter, there was no reaction.
There were also hygiene concerns — at times the chef would cut onions and then fruit, which affected the taste of the fruit.
Another issue was that one of the staff members started cleaning around 10:30, even though breakfast is served until 11:00. The cleaning products had a very strong chemical smell, and one day it even caused an allergic reaction for me.
Additionally, there was an issue with ants — I noticed a large number of ants coming from the wall in one of the corners of the room, which was quite unpleasant.
On the positive side, the front desk staff were very kind and helpful — they really made the stay better. The room was always clean and well maintained.
However, for a 7-night stay, only two coffee capsules were provided in the room, which also feels below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but more attention should be given to service quality, especially the breakfast staff and kitchen practices. I hope the hotel can improve these areas in the future.
