"Ich hatte einen durchweg positiven Aufenthalt im Zhangjiajie Huatian Hotel. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zum Check-out war der Service aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und professionell. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, sauber und stilvoll ausgestattet, wodurch sich der Aufenthalt auch bei längeren Reisen angenehm gestaltete. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, frisch und lecker. Die Lage des Hotels in Zhangjiajie ist ideal, mit guter Anbindung zu lokalen Highlights und nahegelegenen Attraktionen....

"Llegamos a las 9 de la noche y nos recibieron muy bien, súper rápido el check in, usó su traductor para entendernos mejor, nos dio una explicación muy explícita para el parque que visitaríamos, nos regaló un mapa, el cuarto muy limpio solo que olía mucho a cigarro pero pues eso es en todos lados. Volveremos en unos meses. "

"The property is a fantastic location with tian men Shan just around the corner. There are lots of food spots and a night market right down the street. Everything is walkable including the cable cars. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us get our car, plan our trip and overall helped make our trip more seamless. "I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."
