Staff were very professional, warm and responsive and I would like to make a special mention of the young gentleman who helped me when I had issues connecting to WiFi. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was excellent and patiently helped me to identify why I was unable to connect to WiFi. "Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. "
