"i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent. "Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed.
Dirty, foul odor, and overall unsafe vibes - very ghetfo-like. The room was awful: mildew everywhere, bugs, an unclean bed, mold, rust, and even holes in the walls. Just disgusting.
I would've canceled, but because I booked through Expedia, I couldn't. I ended up staying only about four hours, didn't sleep, didn't shower, didn't even change clothes. As soon as the sun came up, I left.
Terrible experience. Stay far away"

"The breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or a variety of fruit. The water coming out of the shower and sink makes it impossible to rinse off soap properly. It is strange—it feels as if the water itself contains soap; when we rub our hands together, it lathers up, and for this reason, we are unable to rinse off soap and shampoo effectively. It is a good hotel, however; the facilities are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff is very friendly."
