"My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Lakewood Ranch great experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. One thing I really appreciated was the ample parking available, making it convenient and stress-free coming and going throughout the trip. The property felt welcoming, organized, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tampa."

"It was my third time at Magnolia and I enjoyed every time; however, it seems it went down the hill. Hotel and rooms are clean, water pressure fenomenal. Pool area is no longer enjoyable. Non guests are coming to use the pool with lots of pool toys and floaties, children are out of control. At least 3 maybe 4 groups a day specially on the weekend. They leave the pool at evening, pack their cars with coolers and toys an drive away. Pool is not maintain well anymore. "
