"Good breakfast selection but no free water for guests."

"Well when I first checked in the man at the counter was VERY rude then I get to my room and low an behold a dirty q-tip on the floor, garbage and the tub wouldn’t drain. Moral of the tale it’s was disgusting so I had the room switched and that one didn’t even have a tv remote the cabinet draw didn’t have a bottom In it. I will never stay there again."

"Everything was great except breakfast. It was small and way too many people. My coffee had an inch of grounds in it that I didn't realize until half way through. So gross. We loved the hotel though...still smelled new and was very clean. We loved being so close to UTC also. Great location. We will definitely stay here every time we come to Sarasota."

"The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I slept so good and wish I knew what kind of pillows they use. First time that I did not wake up with a crick in my neck. lol Hotel was also at a great location."

"Great stay clean rooms friendly staff. Nothing horrible so to speak but the breakfast was lacking and only 3wash cloths and towels for a room of 4 people. When asked for more we were asked to bring dirty first then they would give more. Price was comparable."

"The staff is super friendly but the building itself looks like it was built cheaply and quickly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what everyone is doing above you and around you. Our first room was full of ants so the staff put us in another, which ended up with ants two days later when we checked out. I should have taken the bunch of ants roaming outside the hotel as a red flag. Literally, take a look at the ground outside of the hotel on the sidewalk and you will see what I mean. As...

"Housekeeping came every morning on my 3 day stay. The pool was beautiful, not crowded at all and front desk was very polite and quick at sign it. Vault of the stay was great With it being 4th of July weekend. We had a great stay and lots of store and restaurant in the area. I would highly recommend to stay here, I know I'll be back again."
