"Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. "We were allocated a room for a disabled person even though neither of us are disabled or had requested it. However we did appreciate the wet room rather than a bath with shower over. But, and a big but for any traveller, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place toiletries, razors, toothbrushes, deodorant, hairbrushes etc etc. All the things that are needed within reach of the sink. We ended up dragging the chair in the shower to the sink in order to have our toilet bags close without them...

"Stayed at the Mercure as abase to watch the darts at Utilita arena. Close by, amenities good, food good choice and plentiful Room was comfortable, spacious bathroom."
