"Host was nice and friendly especially the goats tour. Guesthouse was very neat clean. Just little messy when taking shower. We also enjoyed the beautiful sunset from our unit. Great stay at Iceland."

"This place was not what I expected reading about it. Check in was fine but the person at the reception insisted we leave our shoes in the front. They do not provide courtesy slippers and so we had to walk in our socks to the room. They have a motley basket of slippers, which I’m not wearing! God knows whose feet were in them before me. Half were grungy travel slippers. The room had no shampoo or conditioner. Hot water took awhile to come. As we were the only people, the staff had breakfast...

"Staff went out of their way to greet us and wake us up to ensure that we saw the northern lights at 11:30 PM. Property was clean, breakfast was delicious and filling for a European B&B. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in this area."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Gym was nice for a hotel gym. Dining was a few minutes walk from the hotel with multiple options. The breakfast was great was well. Only complaint was that the spa was extra cost, and not worth the money. The cold plunge was completely drained and the two hot tubs began draining while we were in them. The sauna was amazing though! We overall recommend this property!"

"Heima Holiday Homes are located just a short drive from town, and offers supreme serenity and great Mountain View. Self-checkin was hassle free. The home was fully furnished and equipped. Floor was heated, including bathroom floor. We especially enjoyed the company of the property’s two friend dogs who came by my cabin and played ball with us (the dog brought its own ball to ask us to play, so cute!) The only one thing I would ask for is a little shelf in the shower area for us to place our own...
