"The property is beautiful, the pool area especially is magnificent on the lake. The wait staff are great and the bellman try nice but the people at the check in desk did not make an effort to make us feel welcome and they didn’t explain the amenities or give helpful information about the property. ..."

"Staff was excellent, building was in a fantastic location, Babayaga next door was a great spot for a quick bite. Only downside was the price but seemed on par with everything else on the island, so with that said I’d take this over some of the other offerings all things considered."
