"Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!"

"Great Location. Excellent views. Very spacious apartment. Internet (DSL) is very slow. No elevator. Just be careful with stair inside the appt especially with kids. Overall great location and family experience. Ferry just across the street. No issues."

"Perfect stay at Lake ComoWe stayed at Michele’s villa with 8 people and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect: the villa was very clean, the infinity pool was beautiful, and the view over Lake Como was stunning. Michele is a very friendly and welcoming host, who even helped us reserve a local restaurant where we enjoyed excellent food at a fair price. The villa is also a great base to explore different towns around the lake as well as Milan. We would definitely recommend this place!"

"Sehr schöne, saubere und großzügige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Am Pool waren wir meistens allein und hatten auch von da eine grandiose Sicht über den See.Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der fehlende Grill, der laut Beschreibung hätte vorhanden sein sollen.Trotzdem, der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und bestens."

"Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. Paid for the breakfast at the hotel which was worth it in my view! We had the medium room and my teenage daughter was very happy with her massive sofa bed in the living room! "Fabulous house. I would totally stay there again. Quick response from the house manager. Walked downtown for dinner every evening. The view to the lake is awesome. Even the view behind the house is great. "

We had some difficulty gaining access, as the wonderful italy management process required a contract and tourism tax be paid prior to arrival.
