"The hotel is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake and while you are in the old quarter you are in a quieter section. The real standout are the reception staff, particularly Sunny and Thomas. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have a smile and their restaurant recommendations were great! Stayed here 4 times over a 2 week period and would happily go back!"

"Three hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. Train street, shopping etc are a 5 minute walk from here. The staff at the hotel are amazing- so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jenny (Queyn). The beds are comfortable and all very clean. Room has TV. You can leave your luggage here when heading out and exploring other areas and need to travel light safe in the knowledge your luggage will be looked after. Highly recommend. "
