"This is a really lovely hotel. The rooms are luxurious, clean and quiet. The included breakfast is excellent, the rooftop bar and pool are beautiful and relaxing places to spend a couple of hours with a beer and watch the sunset. All of the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly - service was excellent all around. The location in the old quarter and close to the lake is fantastic for sight seeing and taking in the bustling atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing breakfast"

"I was really excited to stay at this property from the pictures and the “roof top” when I first arrived I noticed the property was not matching the description online. The roof top was very small and the kitchen didn’t have a lot of things available. When going into my room I noticed multiple things wrong. The beds were pushed together to make a king bed. Then I noticed there were bugs all over the bed. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. They did apologize and moved me...

"The hotel was convieniently located in the heart of old town Hanoi. It was clean, with all the amenities you might want. The staff really made the biggest difference. They learned my name and what I liked within a day or two. Always pleasant, always opening doors for me, always friendly and offering tips for everything from grocery stores to food and attractions. I stayed here twice and I'll stay here again next time through."

"everything excellent except one thing- note the nail salon close by 7pm and not 10 as i plan my day accordingly and then when i went there at 8 pm the staff already left and also they claim some discount on salon services but you end up spending more as they add service tax and gst on the prices they show you. so please mind that."
