"It's fantastic. The service, location,amenities etc are so good. Tjis is my first time staying here abd found the place is so cozy and clean. Just few minutes steps to train and subway stations, various restaurants and shopping malls. Staffs are friendly. Would high recommend and come back in my next visit."

"2nd time here for another two nights, it's always nice and enjoyable. The front desk receptionists are all very friendly and really helpful, they made our stay as smooth and peaceful as it could be. The location isn't so great; but it's a gem in Tokyo metropolitan."

"The staffs are super kind, always welcome us with big smiles on. Powerful AC, one of the units leaks water a couple times but they came to fix it right away. The place is spotless and spacious, our family of four adults stayed completely for three nights, and we were able to store our suitcases there for a few hours after we checked out, so we could explore the city a little more before catching our flight. Would come back when we visit Tokyo next time!"

"This hotel is perfect for families. They have a small kitchen with stove and microwave which come in handy when you need to heat up food. The room is clean and staff is nice. Even though it’s a little pricey but if you want a spacious room for your family in Tokyo, it’s one of the top choices. "

"Our stay at the Keisei Richmond was awesome from the moment we arrived. We selected this hotel for the location and breakfast and it did not disappoint. The breakfast each morning was unique and filled with options for everyone. We always started the day well due to the breakfast. The rooms were nice although small as expected in Tokyo. The bathroom facilities were nice and they provided a variety of toiletries to make sure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff and the eating...

"This is at least 5 th times I stay there. It is my go to hotel in Tokyo. Staff are very attentive and professional. They attend you above and beyond. The hotel itself is always clean It is compact hotel yet every thing you need is there. Transportation is great. You can do anywhere from Kinshicho station so many great eats out and shopping there "
