When we arrived, we were happy to hear that we got a free upgrade to a castle suite. We stayed in Catherine Howard room which was huge, had a four poster bed and a rolled bath. "An amazing hotel from start to finish. The staff cant be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and fresh looking with robes and slippers provided. A bottle of water is also provided on arrival alongside biscuits, teas and coffees. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Bath main town is a short walk away (15 / 20 mins) but be aware that there is a steep hill returning back to the hotel if walking that might be a challege for those less mobile. Would highly recommend a stay here."
