The rooms were super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the parking easy and the breakfasts were awesome! "Really beautiful place with a lovely warm welcome from the hosts. Attention to detail, comfortable bed and room in general with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great location 5 minutes walk from Torre railway station and 15 minutes walk from seafront and town. Easy drive to local towns like Brixham, Dawlish, Teignmouth and about 45 mins to Plymouth. I'd stay here again definitely. "

"Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay."

"What a lovely property with lovely hosts. Made us feel welcome and relaxed. Breakfast is just great! Full English, whatever you like, loads of options like cereals, crumpets, breakfast bars, fruit, yoghurts, waffles to name a few. Hosts attentive and eager to please while being friendly too. Room was very nice with big sliding window and smart TV with the usuals like Netflix and Prime (bring your own accounts!). "Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). "We really enjoyed staying at Arran Lodge. Every single thing has been meticulously & tastefully done. We felt like we were staying at a four star hotel with the loveliest owners ever! Ashtray is provided for the balcony’s if needed! A beautiful clean room with fridge, fresh milk & bottled water daily, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, cakes! There’s a hairdryer & iron too. "We stayed overnight as we drove along the coast in summer. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed. Our hosts were marvellous. They ensured we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for the local area. We enjoyed having a chat with them in the evening and would happily recommend their beautiful place as a great place to stay."

"So where do I start!! Me and my partner stayed here for her 30th birthday for the weekend. As soon as we arrived at the property we were greeted by John and Julie a lovely couple who run the hotel. They immediately ask if we wanted a drink, as was given a lovely tea and slice of homemade lemon cake which was perfect after our long drive. They then kindly upgraded our room due to the occasion which was very generous of them. Through out our stay everything was more than perfect the morning...
