"I traveled as a solo traveler. The hotel staff was very helpful. There are 37 steps from the entrance of the building up to the second floor lobby. I was lugging a big suitcase, which I could’ve pulled up the stairs by myself, but the man at the front desk, Bob, walked down the stairs and carried my bag up for me. Which was very nice of him. I did have a problem with the air-conditioning not working in my room and the staff was quick to go and check it out, but unfortunately was not able to fix...

"The main drawcard for us staying at the hotel is for my husband to have access to a quality gym - this hotel delivered. The hotel itself is new, and the lobby is fresh.
