"Great location if you like a shopping district. Felt safe and it’s a nice area. Big hotel feels. Easy check in, check out and breakfast at hotel (quick breakfast or the buffet one). Comfiest bed we had at Japan hotels. Our only note is that the room is NYC efficient (more on the smaller size). If you have extra luggage you’ll be stumbling with it. The staff helped us get a taxi to the airport and helped us throughout the stay. "

"The location was great, close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. They were very kind to hold our bags after check out until our flight time. Beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was very relaxing with interesting water features. There room had some scratched furniture and the lobby drinking water system was broken, these could be easily fixed and it could give a better impression to guests. "Great staff. Very helpful and polite. Hotel in fairly good condition. Room was a bit small but had all the necessities. Quiet neighborhood with access to multiple stations within 10 mins of walking. Would love to book again if stay in this area. "
