"The good: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. They offer a free hot breakfast that was good. Shuttle service available. Very good restaurant/bar next door. Gym is okay if you are creative. The smith machine cables are broken. The not as good: No streaming options on the TV. We had issues with the TV but weren't in the room long enough to bother with asking to have it fixed or swapped out. 4th floor has no ice machine as signage indicates....

"Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. "Convenient to 95. Dog friendly and didn't charge me for them which was great. Breakfast decent- not the best La Quinta one I've had but fine. Room was a little older but clean and comfortable beds. Quiet. There was a parking garage near the parking lot where walk the dogs with some unsavory folks hanging around so maybe not the safest area but we didn't have any problems."

"The property had a weird smell. Every night I got a very strong smell of cigarette from the washroom which makes me think that their venting system has some problem. The staff weren’t courteous at all. They initially assigned me a wrong room and when I went into the room, there was a person inside already. When I told them about it, they didn't say anything and gave me another room, as if it was a normal incident."
