"The property had a weird smell. Every night I got a very strong smell of cigarette from the washroom which makes me think that their venting system has some problem. The staff weren’t courteous at all. They initially assigned me a wrong room and when I went into the room, there was a person inside already. When I told them about it, they didn't say anything and gave me another room, as if it was a normal incident."

"Clean and updated facility. Welcoming staff. Nice suite with separate tv / sitting area for family members. (Not lounging on the beds). Next time in area, will stay at this hotel."

"Convenient to 95. Dog friendly and didn't charge me for them which was great. Breakfast decent- not the best La Quinta one I've had but fine. Room was a little older but clean and comfortable beds. Quiet. There was a parking garage near the parking lot where walk the dogs with some unsavory folks hanging around so maybe not the safest area but we didn't have any problems."

"For a none smoking property I felt like I walked to a cigarette’s chimney because of the smoke smell. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to be checked in and not because it was busy but because there was nobody available. When the guy at the front desk finally showed up, there was no apologies, no greeting but a simple do you want to check in, unprofessional service at its best. Woke up in the morning, there was no hot water in the room at all, called the front desk to find out what was going...

"Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. I paid...

"The good: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. They offer a free hot breakfast that was good. Shuttle service available. Very good restaurant/bar next door. Gym is okay if you are creative. The smith machine cables are broken. The not as good: No streaming options on the TV. We had issues with the TV but weren't in the room long enough to bother with asking to have it fixed or swapped out. 4th floor has no ice machine as signage indicates....

"Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in. It was a mess overall. The room was fine, except...
