"Great choice for business or family. We stayed there and it was in a safe area. Clean hotel. Close to Red Rock, etc. Free nice breakfast. Fruit, 3 hot items like sausages, eggs and potatoes. cereal, toast, waffles, etc. Pool and hot tub. Exercise room. Great location. You will feel good about staying here. Ps met the assistant GM Katie. She is a down to earth person that really genuinely cares about her guests. One of a kind. If you are considering this hotel, just do it. Book it."

"Our room smelled like pickles. Strongly. The entire three days we were there. The bed was very hard pillows were old and breakfast was mostly out of order. The pool room was dirty and kind of gross and had no towels. There was a huge bag of trash that was in the corner by the stairs all night like housekeeping just gave up taking it out. The air conditioning worked pretty well though."

"Pros: cheap. The room itself was clean, but poorly maintained. Conveniently located to downtown. Really nice coffee shop a block away called Sapor. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked quite well. Cons: people smoking meth right outside the front door. No joke. Parking can be challenging. Checked out a day early, was not able to get even a partial refund. "We did not even check in or go in as when we drop up it was very run down and we were not comfortable staying there. It did not look anything like the pictures."

"Don’t know where to start on this property. First I believe Expedia should REMOVE them from their website. Upon arrival to front desk, I was greeted with the most SOUR face I’ve seen at the hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed at in my lifetime. The person working named Anna demanded that I present my wife’s drivers license although the reservation was booked with my name and my credit card. "Never had anyone clean the room all the time I was there 3 nights. All the negative reviews you read are accurate. Parking was ok. Never had any breakfast available there as advertised. Was a LaQunta when I made reservation but became Travel Lodge when I got there. They have a lot of work to do with it. Don’t let their pictures fool you."

"I had an unavoidable problem and while Expedia initially indicated they would help, they "tried" then gave up. To improve 1) stop sending me surveys when I have asked for help and got NO RESPONSE and 2) stop promoting the facility if they don't respond to any kind of issue. I have to consider that I have just LOST, but the worst part is just NO ANSWER AT ALL. Everyone involved is lucky I haven't responded to the surveys."

"The room was clean but it is dated. The tub floor needs a good scrubbing, but it was clean. The pillows and bed were not comfortable, the bedding is barely there. Fire sticks are available with a deposit but we couldn't secure one for three days and it took us checking back every day, they did not have any notes system to let us know when one was brought back. The TV without the fire stick is on DISH service that was breaking up so we couldn't watch live TV -- that meant no live soccer games. ...
