"The room was spotless and the staff even under the stress of the fire alarm going off and locking the entrance to the stairs or lift, still delivered. If you work in customer services where can happen that you have not prepared yourself for and still stay calm. I give them 5/5"

"The room was really large and clean. Lovely bed and bathroom was really nice too. There was only 1 lift working on the Saturday and we were stuck outside in the cold for about 10 minutes as the lift just never came to the dockside level. It was fixed late on the Sunday but this was an issue as we were with elderly parents who struggled with the stairs. Other than this it was a great stay. "

"This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
