" This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and will not be the last. I brought a group over from the States for their first trip to Europe. Check in was easy, the staff was polite and professional. We included the breakfast. There was a great selection of fresh, colorful food for all palates. Easy to get to the center of London but so nice to get back to the hotel and the river. Some excellent restaurants in walking distance. Looking forward to going back again next year. "

"Stayed one night. Were shown to our room and explained clearly how to access out of hours. Clean and functional room with all you need for one night. Very quiet overnight, just a bit of noise in the morning as the stall holders started setting up. Comfy bed, good shower. 2 minutes walk from the Thames clippers. Will happily stay again. "

"Perfect for a short overnight and departure out of LCY. It’s walkable to the airport but only a BP4 uber fare. Left too early for breakfast but hotel provided a minimal “to go” bag w/ two small muffins, a banana and an apple. Could have used a yogurt and an orange juice or small bottle of water. Clean, modern, and easy access to Docklands light rail."

"The stay was short, but good. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. You can get to custom house station within 10 Minutes. There are many food options nearby as well. "

"We stayed for one night to visit and expo in Excel. Great location close to public transport, the room was clean, the beds comfortable. Not very soundproof, we could easily hear people going in and out of the rooms in our corridor but we had a decent night's sleep. Overall good value for money. "
