"Great place to stay in Whistler Creekside. You get all the comforts of hotel with the added bonus of in-suite kitchen and washer dryer. Pool is warm all year round and hot tubs are great. Location is wonderful next to walking trails, grocery store, coffee shops etc. Easy to get to Whistler Village. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so. Great for couple, families, adult friends - really any situation. Staff are lovely with every interaction. Highly recommend."

"Check in was horrible and unfriendly. The lady was new so the man helped and he showed no respect and acted like I should know everything about the procedure. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. After two hours from arrival we finally sat down but not to eat as the restaurants were then closed or needed reservations. Problems, check-in location, no information at beginning where parking garage door is, finding parking spot, no guidance to room location, assistance by phone on hold over 15...

"To be honest this is one of the best hotels for this type of vacation. Everything is so close and comfortable. 2 hot tubs are awesome, steam room and sauna also great. But we appreciated 2 grills on site and store with meat 2 minutes away walking. Staff was also great. Guy at the front desk asked if it’s first time here and guided us to the best places to visit including directions to stores and restaurants. Exceptional service at the hotel so we def will come back!"

"The room was clean, although the mattresses were a bit too soft for my preference. The fitness facilities and pools were excellent, and we truly made the most of all the amenities while appreciating the quiet moments our stay. The massage was absolutely heavenly, and David was fantastic."

"I mentioned that it was a trip to celebrate my friend's birthday, so they sent a small cake. We originally booked for four people, but one friend couldn't go because they were injured, so we were going with three. We requested a room upgrade, but that didn't happen. Nevertheless, we had a great stay."

"Pros: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Immediately assisted when extra coffee and conditioner was needed. Also came to fix the broken suitcase stand. Cons: washroom door was So loud and squeaky when opening and closing! The curtains were also very squeaky! The suitcase stand was broken and unusable (but was fixed immediately) carpet was old worn down especially at the entrance."
