We stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside during the winter and loved the location; just steps from the chair lift and gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made things easy for our family.
The room had a full kitchen and fridge, which was great for preparing meals. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable enough for me, my children, and my brother. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
There’s a restaurant and gear store right in the hotel, which added extra convenience. On-site parking is available and priced similarly to other hotels in the area. Even though the hotel is right on the main street, it was surprisingly quiet at night.
I would definitely stay here again in the winter. However, I didn’t enjoy the summer experience as much due to dust and construction in the competitive biking park, which affected the mountain views.
Overall, a great spot for a winter family getaway!
