"Great place. Nice coffee maker in the lobby. Everything about this place is great"

"Rooms were clean, but the elevator had garbage and an apple core in it for two days. The elevator was out of order for all of Saturday morning, so everyone had to use the stairs. The pool was lovely for the kids, but they ran out of towels around 7PM, so many people went without them. The lady at the front desk seemed nice until she yelled at my kids about standing at the elevator waiting for it. She assumed they were staying at the hotel and thought they were just loitering."

"The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you."

"Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...

"I have stayed at this property countless times but this stay was different. They have a very poorly designed shelf hanger rack built into the tv stand. The top of it sticks out about 3 feet at around a height of 5’6”. I bent down to pick up a pair of shorts of the table underneath and when I stood up I sliced my head open on a very sharp corner. I immediately fell onto the bed and blood was coming out rapidly. It took me over an hour and a half to get the cut to stop bleeding. When I spoke to...
