"Friendly and very efficient staff and clean , quiet room"

"Everything was exceptional. The only obvious issue is the amount of walkers in the area (which is not their fault but I would suggest maybe a gated parking lot at night.) As well the elevator was in kind of a rough state, shifting quite hard"

"Staff is amazing from check in to check out. We’re from Montana USA but this hotel gave us 5star rating. If i’m still off tomorrow we could’ve stayed another night. This would be our number 1 hotel now in Lethbridge"

"Breakfast was excellent with good healthy choices. There was no shampoo so I interrupted my shower to go back to my bag and get my own. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean and crisp. Admission clerk was excellent but morning staff were struggling. In fairness they were overworked. Great value for what I received."

"The rooms were clean. The staff was there for check-in, then not to be seen with no staff at check-out time & no paperwork at all. The hot tub was broken. The promised hot breakfast was in the appliances cooked but cold even at 8:00 a.m."

"This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. "This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good."

"Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...
