"Nice hotel with great breakfast, clean pool and friendly helpful attendents. The only con was how uncomfortable the beds were. They were hard for me. Did i sleep? Yes, but they were not soft like my back likes but i would come back again and again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan."

"First thing we noticed was how clean the hotel smells upon entering the lobby and our room. The breakfast is very good. The hospitality at the front desk during our total stay is a 10, as well as all the service staff. We got greeted every time we entered and even when we checked out in our last day. "

"The rooms were nice and clean. The property was clean and nice looking. The only thing i would suggest is replace the carpets in the handicapped rooms with tile or something easier for wheelchairs. The pool was nice but the lift didnt work "

"The room was spacious, newly renovated. Nice walk in shower, bed was comfortable pillow was just so so. Rooftop bar was very nice! The area is very walkable which is why we chose this hotel. Only negative was the instruction for parking, that could use improvements. Would definitely recommend!"

"The room is very spacious. Condition is beyond expectation. Quite new and very clean. Pool is nice. There is no lifeguard on duty. There is coffee in the lobby. No breakfast, which is okay because hotel breakfast are usually blah."
