"This was our second time staying at SpringHill Suites over the July 4th weekend, and once again, we had a great experience. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was well organized, and they provided everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The rooms were clean, private, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the pool, and the friendly, welcoming staff. "The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. "This is a wonderful little hotel. The staff were nice and super helpful, including giving sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. And the room was clean and neat. A plus was that the shower head was able to adjust the flow of water depending on your preference."

"The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."

"Do not recommend. Upon arrival we were checked into room 103. We opened the door And all of a sudden we were overwhelmed with a strong cat urine smell. We went to the front desk to ask to be moved, but unfortunately, they could not accommodate us. We ended up leaving. The area was unsafe for our liking. "Cleaning needs improvement; the carpet and bathroom were very dirty. The staff need to do better, as they didn't care about helping; our room had no hot water, and they weren't willing to switch our room or fix the problem. 😞"

"The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo."
