"Nice, clean, unique house in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, fun activities at the house, and close to everything in town. Our family walked down to the river a couple times as well. Was a great home base for multiple days at Silverwood. Our dog appreciated the grassy back yard and we appreciated the fence."

"This house was a dream for our family vacation! It is roomy, comfortable, extremely well stocked, and in the absolute best location in town. Our adult kids loved the game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out in the sunrooms and the backyard. The hosts are the nicest people ever, and went way beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope we can come back again! "

"Beautiful house, close to everything. The host was very accommodating. We had a burn out porch light and he came over and fixed it for us and was very pleasant. Help us locate some places to go would definitely stay here again super relaxing."

"Details: Our trip was 4 adults and one dog. What we liked: Other than sleeping we spent all our time outside and loved that there were multiple outdoor spaces to choose from as the sun changed. The view of the lake was why we picked this place and it was worth every penny; it was hard to leave. The dog: We always appreciate a dog-friendly place, and each deck space had its own gate to keep the dog in. They weren't escape-proof, but enough to discourage wandering. He had a great time....

"The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. "

"It was our families first time in Coeur D’ Alene and the location of property was very convenient and gave us the full experience . It was easy to navigate the lake and only 20 min from downtown . Very private . The views were breathtaking and the fire pit area was our kids favorite . Lots of memories made . They provided a lot of lake equipment which was also very much appreciated and used . The kids loved the bunk room and the house really gave you the cabin on the lake feel . Great vacation...

"Wow we all loved the property it had everything we could need with lots if space for everyone to do group activities or to find a quiet to enjoy the beauty of the forest that surrounds you on all sides the shooting range was well stocked with targets for hours of enjoyment the trout ponds have massive trout you can feed the house its self was huge and very homey and welcoming i couldn't be happier with our stay i recommend staying here 1000% ken and the sprinkler repair crew "

"Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in...

"Received an email that was supposed to give us our entry access. However, had to communicate several times to receive our access code. Kitchen was great although a Table Cloth was placed on the formal table that could have been pressed, as it was very wrinkled. The front outside entrance and window screens/framing could have been swept or hosed down. We were unable to use the spa after the first night due to maintenance issues. We had a great time! It was a very comfortable place with beauty all...

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! Keep it family friendly...The Broussard Family, 50th Anniversary"
