"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.,, Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help in any way, great knowledge of traditional culture and will share information . Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. While things have changed around the villas since we were there last in 2018, it still offers the peace and tranquillity and wonderful obliging staff as always. The View Suite still offers the amazing rice field and mountain views and having breakfast on the veranda was a favourite time of day for us. "ウブドの森を見ながらのプールが最高！朝食が迷いすぎるくらい種類が多く、美味しかったです。特にデニッシュ、クロワッサンが美味しい。インドネシア料理も網羅できます。部屋が湿度高め、洗面所の蛇口が短く手を洗いづらい、冷蔵庫が全然ひえない、など設備は改善要と感じました。 スタッフさんは皆さん親切で、優しいです。 野外ツアーでウェスティンのファームを見るアクティビティに参加しましたが、楽しかったです。 12歳以上ならマウンテンバイクのツアーに参加できます。 周りは何もないので、ウブド街歩きには適してません。"

"Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait. It will seem ok at first and go to a drizzle and then the pressure comes back. Staff are wonderful, helpful and attentive. When our son had a fever and we required a doctor, they contacted...
