"Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. Room cleaning wasn't consistent, had to make a few requests they forgot to restock towels and water. There's only one restaurant, which was quite good. The drinks were good value for the price and well mixed. The other is a cafe, and a very small/limited sushi bar. However, many many food options within walking distance. The beach and pools are very nice and maintained. Lits of sitting spaces in the sun or shade depending on your...

"The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water....

Rooms at Comfort Suites offer the same quality and have access to the Atlantis amenities just a quick 3 minute walk next door, at a fraction of the price! Plenty of dining and shopping options. Will definitely be staying here again when I return."

"Staff super friendly, very clean and well kept. Good house keeping. Food at the bistro is good, and morning breakfast is worth it when booking package. Location is convenient for beaches, Arawak Cay, and other tourist attractions. Walking distance to many attractions such as queens staircase, distillery, fish fry. Last but certainly not least, complimentary rum punch everyday was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...
