"Loved the fact that there was plenty to do for the entire family. Dining options were great; with some budget friendly options across the Harborside part of the resort. The room was spacious, had a great view, and had a comfortable bed. "We are having an incredible stay at the Reef , Atlantis. The sea glass lounge service was above and beyond! The drinks were the best we had at the resort by far. Thank you, Tray Amele, Marcus, & Lincoln! You guys made us want to stay longer. Dario, checked in with us every day of our stay at the beach and pool service area. "A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...

"The location was perfect and the property was beautifully maintained. I imagine that it takes a lot of individuals to successfully coordinate and organize a resort of its size. From the shuttle to and from the airport, the ease of checkin, and perfectly manicured grounds, they made it look seemless.
