Rooms were nice, I wouldnt say modern as advertised but beds were comfy and water pressure was good. Property seemed open to family members on the weekend, this greatly impacted level of service, lack of tables at breakfast, large lines, screaming children, a guest was screamed at because she said shh to a child who had been banging metal cutlery on a metal table for 15 minutes...again it seemed to be a hotel staffs family member as management seemed to know them. Service was slow to clear tables during this time and another area really should have been opened. You cant take food out of the area so it really was not great for regular guests, felt like we were intruding on a staff event. Housekeeping was good but not consistent, sometimes there was enough water for all of us, othertimes not, sometimes hygeiene bags avail other times not. As long as you adjust expectations its fine, but really is 2 star service once all things are considered. There was one front desk member, name started with an R we only had him once but definitley the most friendly of the front desk staff.
