"I thought the indoor swimming pool could be cleaner. It was kind of grungy around the top rim. The temperature was fabulous and I loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms were great. I was not at an event so I did not get breakfast there."

Upon arrival it looked poorly maintained from the outside but I have stayed in some low cost hotels and that isn't a deal breaker for me. We go in and are advised that there is no continental breakfast as there restaurant was being renovated. Sucked because it was one of the reasons I booked there. The pool is filled to the brim and the hot tub has toddlers in it. No towels. The halls...

"The rooms are not sanitary at all, the beds, bathrooms, counter tops , sinks & mirrors will all have stains. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt ask for a cleaner room and we got another room with even more filth. Customer service will ignore your calls if they know it's you and you've already been speaking up about your room"

"The parking lot was nice. Upon entering the hotel the attendant let us know about things that were available. We had no idea of the 530 buffet and three drinks per customer. That was very nice and we got to sit with someone we didn't know who was very entertaining. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temperatures. The room was very upscale and clean. "My original room had no bedding on the bed and the room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk person promptly moved me to a nicer suite that was clean and fresh. In other respects the inn was average."

"For the price that I was paying per night, not having complimentary coffee was not acceptable. My in-room refrigerator made intermittent noises, which would wake me up several times each night. Also, the Marriott app is not user-friendly at all. Finding an actual phone number for the property I was staying at to let them know I needed a late check-in (due to the time of my arriving flight) was virtually impossible and required a call to Marriott Customer Service and the help of a supervisor. ...
