"This is a great property on a steep hill. Owner Lyndsay was VERY helpful and provided an introduction to the property even volunteering to help me with luggage. The site is walking distance from the downtown area."

"It’s a stunning, unique hotel. One great way to keep the wrong people from visiting? Tell them that there are no televisions in the rooms! From my perspective, that’s a big plus! And it signals that this hotel, combines luxury, history, and is aimed at the type of traveler who did not come to watch TV.."

"The room was beautiful! They upgraded us at no extra cost to us ! The food was Delicious and fresh. All the staff... every single one of them in maintenance, housekeeping, reception, bartenders, servers, culinary staff are so welcoming, amazing and so kind. You're very lucky to find such a wonderful group of people to represent the Pink Palm hotel in St Thomas🙏 I spoke with them all to thank them for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

"Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "Restaurant staff were exceptional. Great food, good vibes, clean rooms. The only downside was the front desk staff providing incorrect information about amenities and where to find them. The elevator to the beach was out of service, so plan on an epic adventure down a ton of stairs to get there."

"To start, it is a very nice, quaint inn. I like it a lot EXCEPT for the large number of stairs and no assistance with my luggage. A few years ago, that many stairs would just have been a challenge. Today, with arthritic hips, it is an obstacle, completely undoable to carry luggage up there. A bystander helped, but if not, I reckon I would have had to sleep out on the sidewalk next to my luggage! (No, I really would not have). I feel the issue was there just was no staff to haul the luggage. But...

"Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....
