In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee. I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
