"I picked this place without checking the reviews which was a mistake - the many bad reviews seem justified - they gave me two full beds instead of a king bed that I reserved; the door security guard fell to the floor as soon as I opened the door (I put it back on but needs fixing) - room seemed to smell a bit probably from smoking. the soap dispenser was empty so I used body soap from the bathroom. "

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."
