"Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property."

"Reasonable price. Close enough to Niagara Falls for a quick night trip to see the lights. Only concern (complaint) is the tight fit to get to the one toilet … tub wall corner and corner of the sink(on the opposite side) doesn’t allow a pregnant woman to pass freely. Fortunately she was able to stand on her tippy toes to pass."

"the stay was nice.. i was a little confused because i thought the one room had a bunk bed with a queen sized bed as bottom bed but know no garbage bags no book with directions on how to get on internet or what was expected to do before we left. There was no number to reach incase of an emergency. the caps on the porch railing kept coming off"

"We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. Space was just what we needed for our extended family visit that included kids and adults. Located around the corner from an ice cream spot the kids loved walking to. "We came to town to watch the Bills and Sabres play. The property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We never seen a bbq grill that we had access to per amenities listed and the washing machine is in the stairway connected to the upstairs apartment. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. "

"Overall, disappointing vacation rental. This property is outdated and poorly maintained. The sofa was torn and patched with black tape. The beds appear to be new but are extremely firm with plastic mattress protectors and the pillows are low quality.Some of the white towels were stained. There is no access to washer and dryer so we had to request additional hand towels and wash cloths during out stay.The house can sleep up to 9 people however, the pots and pans are not sufficient to cook for...
